Google.com redirect to Google.de? - google.de
I live in the United States, and only got rid of some spyware on my computer, as my sister got there. Anyway, when I click on google.com, I redirected to google.de and continue to happen, no matter what I do. I, for viruses, malicious cookies and spyware scanning, and the cache is enabled and still click on the link that says to go to Google and I shall always English. Any tips on what to do?

Correction:
Unfortunately, the German TLD.
Have you tried to empty the cache and cookies? Depending on which browser you use to remove their tools and usually under "Private Data" or "Browsing History. Select cookies and cache memory and must go well.
Use a proxy server? It could still sending data on a server in Germany
Check-in IE, Tools-> Internet Options> Connections-> LAN Settings
